Thanks Stefan, very interesting please keep up you monologue as and when you have info, I would like to try a fibre connected set up some time, you are well aware of the dirty RF ground at this QTH and the magnetic field problems also, it would be great to make a comparison with the standard e-probe arrangement which required extremely careful siting and avoidance of earth.
