Sorry for the confusion. It was (still) RTTY in the beginning. Now it's
real NAVTEX in fldigi.
And the QRG has changed again. The centre frequency is about 477.25 kHz
now. The signal was to close to possible Opera signals near 478.5 kHz so
i went down a kHz...
I'll play arround with Twente SDR now here on another PC outside the shack.
Now it should work stable (using a fan from the beginning now ;-) ).

PS: Yes the shift is 170 Hz but the band is pretty clean. Have spent
2 hours in CW now. No one except NDBs, CW-, WSPR- and these few
tests-stations are active.
