Looking at the Avast Forum last night, they said they were continually working on false positives for win32evo-gen-susp-virus. This morning after Avast updated its definitions I deleted and re-installed WSPR-X v0.8, necessary because wsprd had been quarantined, and all is well, there was not even a warning from Avast.

Installed WSPR-X v0.8 this afternoon.

I am sure someone said they had no decodes with it, then said OK now. I
have no decodes, does anyone else get Back Door Virus Warnings too?
See Att.
