Maybe this is mend to be an entry class level for NDB hunters, where it is not unusual to find more than 5 stations within 20 Hz. Or it is to encourage the use of really narrow CW filters!

This whole thread is an excellent demonstration of two classes of human nature: those who can't live without regulation of all details of live (even if they don't actually participate) and those who can!
