Nice photo of the PA :-) Always interesting to see how other do it :-)
I think it will help to wind the windings on the ferrite output
transformer arround the complete core. I'm also building a new PA in the
moment, just for the fun and to have the power supply integrated. The
output transformer is a FT240-77, see
