Do you not use that term in electronics and engineering, Keep It Simple Stupid, a nice rule.
We know something similar from Loriot here, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhBOJMSQuZU  It happens after 4 minutes in that spot.
Slow comedy :-)  , 4 minutes seemed like 30, Mr Bean would have given you 10 belly laughs in that time. :-)
