I didn't get an answer to my emails to him since a few days. Maybe
there is an internet problem. I have a direct teamviewer link to his
grabber PC and can control it, as long as there there is an internet
connection... I see when that PC comes online, hopefully this night
again.

maybe you could inform him that grabber has 'hung'. Think Bob judges
'success' by number of spots X number of different receiving station
... sort of like contest scoring ;~)
