Ofcom provide basic information on the NoV at http://licensing.ofcom.org.uk/radiocommunication-licences/amateur-radio/full-licence-jan-2013/The new NoVs (for 472 kHz and 5 MHz) are only effective from 1st January. There was a glitch on the web server that meant that the first few issued had an error, which we will be considering how to correct tomorrow. ===================================Looks like the erroneously dated NoVs (mine included) will be rescinded tomorrow.
