Is this a diabolical plot by the RSGB (For all Radio Amateurs .. ha) to prevent non members getting on to 472?

 

Another sweet little mean machination (aca QSL's) in an attempt force non-members into their flawed club? 

 

I recommend dealing directly with Ofcomic they are afterall the Government Department we pay our TAXes to, to do the job of policing and licencing the radio spectrum in the UK nobody else! If they don't then it's open season on the spectrum ... see you on 0.510kc/s later.
