They must have found some bugs, would have been nice had they left a message
to that effect ?
I also tried searching the RSGB site & no joy there.
Lets hope it comes back in time for official start.

Seriously, no it doesn't work now, it did for me, except that 'Click Here
to send' came up with 'You decided to save this as a PDF" I cancelled that
and hit send again and it said application rejected as an NOV has already
been applied for under that call sign. So it looks like it worked.
It's an odd link because you, or rather I, couldn't search the site and
link to it, it is one page on from http://www.rsgb.org/operating/.
Why does it remind me so much of the Caravan Club website?
