 On request Ive left WE2 XPQ carrier running on 137.780 during the  Alaska daylight and twighlight period and will run overnite thru till  Thursday appx 1600Z if it stays stable.

The transmitter and coupler behaved with a 12 hour hard key down at around 1Kw input.

Temp temp readings using a hand held laser guided meter on the main coupling block core ferrite showed it sitting at 34F (1 or 2C) - Mica G2/G3 capacitors at around 18F/20F  - this is a good result and tuning was stable from switch on till off. Ambient air temp around 0F/-20C with a 10mph wind.

Thanks for all the reports - much appreciated. Ill take a look at some of the snaps. I may do another run tonight as conditions are still fair/poor with too many Protons hanging around but it is cooling off up here slowly
