Reviewed the captures and there is one that shows a weak signal on about 136.174 ... but not enough
to ID.

You may check your grab images for traces of DF2JP who has a stronger signal since some time. He
was on 136.174 kHz, also well visible at TF3HZ. His strength is roughly 2 dB below DF6NM.
