yes, distant stations JJY and WWVB can indeed be detected between the MSF dashes. Here's an observation from December 2003:

Confirmed!

BPC is 40 dB above noise at 13 mHz of spectral resolution.
1 Hz sidebands are visible up to the 5th.

In contrast to DCF77 et WWVB, MSF has no residual carrier.

May be a mix of JJY-60 and WWVB (long path)?
Are you observing any 1 Hz sidebands in between?
That would be a proof.
