There has been a long outage of MSF not too long ago.
In the evening I could copy JJY-60 and in the morning until loval noon
WWVB.
So I am quite certain that it is JJY.
There is a list of planned short outages here:

The first one is December 13 from 10:00 to 14:00 UTC.
With a bit of luck it will be possible to hear WWVB at the start and JJY
towards the end!
