I am just going to set up now for some local tests on 500kHz JT9-2 to see if I can decode my own transmission. I could see PA0O, a strong signal but could not de-code it although others could. I set up another RX system and could not de-code my own signal and G6AVK could not de-code either. Whereas JT9-1 decodes locally and at G6AVK. I do go through the change mode shutdown and re-start sequence. My first JT9-2 transmissions were JT9-1 for twice the time or so it appeared so no de-codes. The signal appears in the programs waterfal display. Timing is accurate. The SNR must be at least 15 dB above the decode level.See this capture https://dl.dropbox.com/u/19882028/LF/JT9.png Has someone an idea? 73, Stefan/DK7FC ----- No virus found in this message.
