LF: LF-Sweep 136.5 to 141.5

Hi Group,

Someone is making extensive use of the DCF39 frequency, including parts of our 
LF band at the moment.

I am listening using the Twente SDR and there is a strong sweeping signal 
starting at 136.5 kHz and moving over to 141.5 kHz, 1 KHz per second or so. 
Maybe the guys at DCF39 are re-tuning their antenna?

Geri, currently OM/DK8KW (hence the use of the Internet-SDR, the only RX I 
always carry with me, an ICF-SW07, doesn't reach down there)
