added , to allow CAT control of the Tx/Rx whilst
operating via a transvertor on the bands

Mostly it no good idea to let a CAT control the RX/TX.
Last time it does QSY at W1VD while i was sending OP8 and as a results of that,
no decodes were achieved. As him!
