Hello Stefan. LF
Regarding QRV on 136, I bought a JUMA TX-136 kit when they came on the
market. It was waiting to be built until now... and being close to
complete I'm trying to put it on 475kHz instead by changing some parts
(wish me luck).
Regarding OH and 475kHz all I can say is that in the last meeting that
I attended with our authorities we were promised "early 2013" when new
regulations are published. That is, if no serious objection to amateur
use arise while the proposal is on review.
The permit details were already worked out preliminary in the meeting:
1W EIRP, max bandwidth 1kHz, any mode that fits within the max
bandwidth. I also beleive all amateur classes can use it because no
such limitations were suggested nor discussed.

Hello Stefan, LF
Perfect QRSS-3 copy here and audible too, but too weak for CW in
the local (energy meter?) QRM.
You just ended the CQ with "K"
That's right, CFM :-) Thanks for the report. Unfortunately i haven't
yet been in contact with scandinavia on LF/MF due to lack of active
stations. The only exception is SM6BHZ of course, who leaves a BIG
signal here that is audible too.
Maybe we can try it in the coming season?
And will OH have a 477 kHz permission starting 01.01.2013??

Hmmmm, do we want to?
Would you be ready? Do you think there is a chance for me over
that distance? ;-)

Finally back on 137 kHz. Now calling a bit CQ in QRSS-3 (not
expecting anything) later during the night i'm on 136.172 kHz in
DFCW-90.
G.., i have done it. Downloaded ... to my LF PC. Still can't belive it...
