Hello Mike,
I got this info from Finbar via pm:
>>
Regarding my late night qso,
that was with John EI6DN, who lives
about 20 km north of Dublin.
I built him a QTX transmitter, to get
him on the air. He is 77
years of age and really very active. He
works on vintage aircraft and
helps with the continuing operation of
the National Airline, Aer Lingus,
first aircraft, called the IOLAIR.
Here is a link to the web site
of GW3UEP, and the pictures of two
small QTX transmitters which I
built at the same time, one for John,
EI6DN, the other for anybody
else here in Ireland who would like to
get on MF ( no takers so far ,
hi hi ).
Look down this page to see them,
the first transmitter is a miniature QTX.
Can you pass on to G3XDV, who I
was working, if you are in contact with
him.
<<
Will be QRV again tonight if weather permits.
73,
Wolf DL4YHF .
