WSPR needs PC to be TIME LOCKED + SDR or Audio/Rf frequency translation
Opera NO TIME LOCK requirement , and only simple CW (qrss ) Tx needed
So can be sent portable using a PIC controller or PC , using a simple CW tx , if your xtal controlled , then , monitors can simply re-tune the RX , as long as the TX frequency is Known

Every report is very welcome. I can also switch to QSO mode (Rx on 475/500KHz or 80m).
