Received an email from Wouter PA3WEG.

The WebSDR is x-tal driven, but he will look at it to get the unit 
somewhat lower.
He intends to widen the bandpass filter in such it will catch the lower 
end more effectively.
In future the SDR will receive new hardware for VHF/UHF or  4 & 6m
Also 137kHz will receive some attention.

His main problem is time....
At the moment he is very busy with the FUNcube satelliet project.
