Hi Graham

Andy F6NCI North Paris is looking for my transmission and I commented to him it would probably happen as the terminator crossed Paris giving a grey line all the way. But who knows most signals ar pretty much the same no rise in signals in the last half hour.

Off sets are in Options - EXTIO Options - Frequency Options............ Don't use the offset in EXTIO Device panel!
The off set will probably hold across the ham band like 2m but never checked any where else but there is no reason why not. Small price to pay.... :-)

The one Watt is making it to PA land over a sea path 213m F6nci is 259m over mainly a land path so may just do it tonight but will close in about an hours time.

That PIC keyer is doing really well the 2n7000s are keying the valve rig cathode via a relay. Was worried about spikes but survived so far!!!

If Mal is reading this the SSB band used to be in the middle of the old 2ms (145.200?) and we were all peed when yet again, arbitrarily we had to shift down to the bottom end....... anyway it wasn't all tuning high to low because if you remember it was divided up into regions so we knew where to listen and most people knew where every body was and kept a list of band users favourite xtals. Seem to think we used to have more qsos with F,ON,PA and OZ on in those days. Must have had high High Pressure zones in those days.......  Global Warming???

Well closing down in 15 or 20mins.

Calibration procedure  for  HDSDR &   TV  vhf/uhf  Dongle ??
Set-up  is  running  fine  with the up-dated  eK4  driver.

Frequency off set on 145 MHz is round  6Khz

Q Is there a  calibration procedure to  null out this  off  set??

I see  there is a  correction window in  HDSDR , but  is this  correction  going  to  hold over the tuning  range ?

Tnx -G..
