Hi all, many thanks to all who have been so kind to give me interesting advices like the ones below from Johan and Chris. Some of these circuits I already knew when I built my single-turn air-cored loop (at that time I opted for the M0AYF amplifier, because of its simplicity together with good performance). Now I'm planning to try to build a wideband multi-turn ferrite-cored active antenna, hopefully covering also LF. Do the same amplifiers suit for both kinds of loop (single-turn air-cored and multi-turn ferrite-cored)? 73 Daniele IZ5WWB Da: Chris Trask <[email protected]> A: [email protected]; [email protected] Inviato: Sabato 23 Giugno 2012 17:53 Oggetto: Re: LF: Ferrite broadband (LF-MF) antenna? > > > so what I would appreciate some suggestions about > > is the required low-impedance amplifier, similar to those used in > > air-core broadband loops, if it does make sense of course.
