Thanks for the report. I will try not to be a crocodile and will further improve my receiver. So far I worked a few stations on groundwave such as DL2HRE and DF4AY.

WRC2012 allocation: 1 Watt EIRP or under speciai conditions: up to 5 Watt EIRP.

Today we got 1 Watt ERP = 1.64 Watt EIRP, which is already 1/3 of the maximum permissible.

With 100 Watt TX out, 2 Amperes antenna current and and 17m Umbrella antenna I got a measured ERP of 0.4 Watt (=0.7 Watt EIRP). 

I can't see any reason to complain.
