I have just looked at

505 to 515 kHz with EIRP limited to 25 W.
Maybe one day,,,

All very true John. A few of us are doing regular tests on 508.1 kHz.
The usual mode is slow CW but there are some more exotic modes in use.
For the last twenty years or so, we have been able to transmit all
the way from 130 to 190 kHz. and a large group used to test on 181.4
kHz [CW] and 182.7 kHz.[SSB]. The remnant of this group are now
working on 508.1 kHz. Unfortunately, our ranks have thinned, mostly
by the hand of the Grim Reaper.
One possible bad feature of the upcoming international allocation of
472-479 kHz. is that our allowed power will probably decrease from
the present 25W EIRP to 5W EIRP when our temporary allocation lapses.
Personally, I hope to get down to the 136 kHz. band over the imminent
winter. Although I have a measured 800 watts on tap my EIRP will be
low - I have yet to rearrange my LF antenna system. Happily, the
official 136 kHz. band appears to be fairly clear of unwanted signals.
