Hello Markus and group,
I will certainly look out for the signal. Only have to modify the
soundcard's input coupling capacitor a tiny bit, guess I must connect a
second capacitor in parallel. But sure there is something suitable in
the junk-box.
If not, try one of these: http://www.wima.com/DE/supercap_c60.htm

Are
you, by chance, using a modified OAM antenna for transmission as used
by the German Navy near the danish border (see Peter's article). If so,
is the inner circle's rotation frequency equal to the transmit
frequency ?
Good luck and all the best,
Wolf .

Dear LF,
in a joint project including a number of radio amateurs, our
group is working on a large experimental earth-antenna system, which is
able to radiate an ultra-low frequency signal at low power.
We are currently transmitting an unmodulated test carrier on
11.60576 µHz, and (according to our measurements) are achieving a
radiated power of 16 microwatts. Frequency stability is on the order of
1e-8, which should enable narrow bandwidth observations with high
sensitivity.
The transmission has been on air for a while. Any reception
reports (especially of far-field detections) would be much appreciated.

Markus (DF6NM)
