Hi Joe, Wolf,
For me its clear. 00:26 AM in Germany is the evening in Canada. So if
Joe tells about "tonight", what else should he mean if not the coming
night, so maybe 22 UTC to 6 UTC?

Hello Joe,
Tonight.. is that on monday night 23:00 UTC or was it on sunday night ?
Your message originated 2012-04-30 00:26 (i.e. "early monday morning
here") but I don't know which timezone the email system is using; the
timezone of the original sender or the timezone of the server hosting
the RSGB reflector.. (?)
