I can only state that the QSO mode does work, I used it today on 136kHz.

This is just a text error & the software will not transmit above 137.800kHz but users of DDS frequency control may accidentally select an incorrect drive frequency beyond the upper band edge.

 

On no account must you transmit above 137.800kHz as you will be out of band.
