Subtract  10.LOG(2500 / 424e-6) = 67.7dB

So +7dB  in  424uHz =  -60.7dB S/N in 2500Hz

for 848uHz, use 10.LOG(2500/646e-6) = 64.7dB    (3dB difference, not
3.5dB as you state)
