Why the FTP and/or qsl.net stuff? It is possible to run your website directly from your dropbox, i.e. put the html file into your public folder and then publish the link.
For example UA0SNV does it this way: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/47550836/UA0SNV_LF_Grabber.html

I am very sorry about the changing back and forth etc but just trying to make things work the way they are supposed to.

The actual files involved are 136A.jpg and 137A.jpg and reside in the ve1vdm directory along with the wwgrabber.htm file.
