I think you are referring to the thread about the Samsung NC110 that Roelof
recommended to me, which I bought and am well pleased with it.
It certainly runs WSPR but I haven't tried OPERA, works well with Spec Lab
and runs my SDR-IQ no problem.
It is worth noting that it has a matt screen, so no reflections outdoors and
runs for about 8 hours on a charge.
But I'm sure there are others just as good .....
