you seem to be pursuing Tesla's dream of wireless power distribution ;-)
Actually the photon conversion is quite effective: Even with an overall power efficiency (sunlight to radiated RF) of only 10^-8, you will still get about a thousand 9 kHz photons out of each 600 THz photon.
Your traces on Eddies screen are excellent. Good luck for your experiments!
