It is hard to understand why the big players in EU cannot
arrange an amateur radio licence on 500
ie Germany, France, Italy
According to the TV news some parts of Spain have gone
back to the Peseta
On my next DXpedition to mainland EU I am
gathering up my old Gilders, Austrian shillings, French Franks and
Italian Lires
Any advice appreciated from those that know what is going
on
Maybe there should only be one EU radio licence prefix for
all EU in the Euro zone like the USA

The IQ2MI trasmitter is now silenced due
to the expiry of the temporary permit granted by the
MINCOM.
Hopefully we?ll be able to be back on the
air shortly, as soon as the guys there will send us the new
permit.
