I started up at 21:00 UTC and at this time, about half an hour after local 
sunset I'm
seeing something that may be you just starting to scroll into view.  About 1.4 
Hz.
higher is another possible, but unable to ID with what I'm seeing.   I'll keep 
an eye
on things as the evening passes.
