the overlap is due to the length of the FFT, which spreads the signal in time to the inverse of resolution bandwidth. If I recall right you are using 11 mHz bins, ie. about 90 s integration time.

Because Joe (NA)cannot be on two frequencies to the same moment
(to see capture)

the 137776.4 Hz signal should be the dot frequency of VO1NA's ultrawideband DFCW ;-)  At the top, there could possibly be a trace from XNS on 137781.
