Is your loop in a quiet location? Which program and settings do you use
for receiving on 136.172?

was! I copied it for a bit on my Ratzlaff active whip, without
realizing it! Switched to the loop and it was stronger on it. But
nice to see the whip works down there nicely here amongst the houses
and QRN. DCF39 was doing quite well, so now I am down a little lower
looking on 136.172 for DK7FC.
