I did my first test with  kite as an antenna for 8970Hz today:

Antenna: Kite GP 150m long (120m effective height)

Identification: K 
Mode: DFCW 3000 
FRQ: 8970.045 
Shift: 10mHz 

It was "last minute" activity due to wind conditions.
