Alan - your comments on hitting Trans and Polar paths immediately were dead on. Rx Dead as an unplugged OA2 up in KL7 at the moment....
 
Visual Aurora even down here in the Southern Plains. VLf looking very pretty with all sort of colored globs and freq dependant fades.. QRN Noise band decended much more LF than the normal cut off I see this morning - guess thats due to storming...
