I doubt that you'll find this as a PDF anywhere - Lulu are a Print on
Demand (POD) producer who manufacture and distribute books on behalf of
authors - in this case Mr Gibson.
If he has gone this route to have his thesis published and distributed
(cheapest I can find is on Amazon UK, at £41.65), then it's unlikely
that he's allowed it to be placed anywhere on the internet for free
download.
