Ossi is also visible here in Heidelberg, 35 dB SNR in the TA window in 23 mHz: http://www.iup.uni-heidelberg.de/schaefer_vlf/DK7FC_LF_DX_Grabber.html 
Must be audible.
I think this is not even his power limt!
