Strange thing, this "global warming". If it's to be the result of melting arctic ice caps how come I fill a glass with water, plonk a large piece of ice in it so it overflows, wait for the ice cube to melt and more water to overflow. Yup, the ice cube melts away but there's no overflow as a result. My theory is that the glass absorbs excess water, others think the water evaporates! Mind you I am training to be an apprentice advocate to a chap called Lucifer. 73 On Sun, 2011-07-17 at 21:11 +0200, Markus Vester wrote: > > > 5m of sea rise from global warming and I shall be at the seaside. > > Roger, so you'd better QRO if you want to live by the beach a little > sooner ;-) > > Best 73, > Markus (DF6NM) > -- 73 es gd dx de pat g4gvw qth nr felixstowe uk (east coast, county of suffolk) |
