Jan does that announcement also say that PA have 4metres as well (i.e 70.00-70.50mHz is this some thing new?) or have you had it for some time?

Not heard PA there before.

Today it's officially published that Dutch radio hams can now operate  495-505kHz until Jan 1st 2014.
