Jim, Rik, Louis, Albert, Markus, Mal,

Thanks for the QSO (Jim and Markus) or for trying to make a contact in CW. I've heared many signals, probably all visible in a 732 mHz window, some were audible but not understandable. Still some dBs are missing. Unfortunately not really much activity from Germany!
Maybe it would be easier to get a copy early in the morning...

After many RX tests in the last days i think my RX sensitivity is now limited by the band noise, at least in summer. Anyway i will do the test and remove the small probe by a C of equal capacity and look for the difference of the noise background... Using a loop antenna might bring the needed few dBs but means more effort and adjusting. Anyway i will do some tests soon.

The PA was running well and the power was limited by the power supply :-) I watched to the wave form of the antenna voltage just by hanging out a 1:10 oscilloscope probe in about 2m distance to the antenna and got 10 Vp, a perfect sine wave of the old and the new PA :-)

Tnx es hpe cuagn next, 73, Stefan/DK7FC

Dear Stefan, LF Group,

Thanks for the DFCW3 / CW QSO - your signal was quite good copy here in spite of fairly noisy conditions - with an extra 10dB as you suggest, it would certainly be armchair copy ;-)

Cheers, Jim Moritz
