This is something I should know, but don't....

Is there a simple way in Windows XP to automatically and periodically save a picture of an open window on the desktop? What I want to do is upload periodically what is appearing in an open window (e.g. my WSPR screen or the SM6LKM VLF RX window display) to my public Dropbox folder so I can view it remotely. No problem with SL and Spectran that do this automatically.
