Hi Gary, Mal and LF

Thanks for the info Garry a fine grabber set up and thanks for the report. I have been sliightly side tracked by the reports for which I am grateful.

However my original plan was to test for how much power I can run without messing up this ADSL over copper that BT have cobbled up. Its not a step function because the exchange DSLAMs react slowly dependent upon the level and type of noise they see on the line so my test have to be over time.

OK Mal thanks for the info .... I lied...... I do have another xtal on 136.580kc/s I have now QSYed there now...... OK?..... :-)

Pete
Its unfortunate u are rock bound. right on the QSO freq. The trouble is you are not visible in EU therefore others in QSO mode are calling CQ on 137.7 unaware that u are there.
The Beacon area seems to be around 136.177 plus/minus
Your signal is solid with me at this distance.

Hi Dave(34m),Mal(195m) and LF

Thanks for the reports. Rig 2W TX RFo/p to ant Inv "L" up abt12m 35lng W-E.
Other reports G4AYT(74m), G6PKS(75m), M0JXM(6m) and G3YXM grabber nw faded(75m) Tnx to all.

It is on for short period mainly to test the effect on ADSL Broadband over copper around here.
500kc/s wipes ADSL out with virtually a milliWatt or two but 136 seems OK at this power.

Mal it's the only xtal I have but can pull it a few c/s LF. What is the minimum LF you think I should go please?

Not a good idea to Beacon on a busy QSO FREQUENCY.

Dear All,

M0FMT captured sending QRSS 10 on 137,700 yesterday. "O" copy. Pete's signal would have probably been OK in QRSS 3.

OH1TN seen in QRSS3 yesterday evening, O>M copy, with QSB.

Screenshots attached.

Yesterday evening OH1TN was active with a strong and audible signal, not seen for a while. Today FMT is strong also on 137.7.
OH1TN was not visible on the EU Grabbers neither is FMT today.
Strange condx
