The FCC just granted a modification that allows the WD2XSH station to
use 461-478 in addition to the existing 495-510kHz slot.
Same power and bandwidth restrictions apply (20W ERP, 62 Hz b/w for data).

The new allocation is effective immediately and expires 1 August 2015.
