Dear Chris, LF Group,I'm getting a steady trace on the spectrogram screen since about 1330utc, almost on your stated frequency. It is steadily drifting HF, from about 8972.27Hz to 8972.29Hz so far. The the noise level is some dB higher than in the previous test, apparently due to increased QRN.
