As you can see from the WSPR spot database:

-27 dB at IO82HO (10k West of Welshpool)

 

System: Wellbrook LF1010 Loop @ 7m + SDR-14 Rx

 

Not a great distance at 238 km but will be interesting to see the change in Rx level over the day.
