as far as I can see, the transmission on 8970 started at 12:02 UT. There may 
have been an error due to the change in UT - CET difference after the end of 
daylight saving time.

The 6470 transmission was on from 10:12 to 11:24 UT.

The signal appeared here a "bit after 1200 UTC" as well, conflicts with the
1104 we were given?
