Dear Peter, LF Group,

Arrived home just in time to get a bearing before it went QRT - as near as I could measure, it was 0 / 180 degrees from IO91vr, so consistent with a location in western France. It was certainly a very strong signal, with an unusual periodic "warble" to the sound.

Cheers, Jim Moritz

Hi Markus,

... I think this is one of the listed frequencies for HWU France. It's the strongest signal here on my VLF Grabber, currently about 20 dB above DHO.
...

Thanks! Paul from Todmorden has it at 165 deg. so it should be France.
Anyone out there providing a 3rd line of bearing?

Peter
